Shipping
Every RugzDF piece is printed to order just for you. Here is what to expect:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- US shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- International: 10–20 business days after production
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? We will make it right. Email support@rugzdfclothing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
