SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Our products are made to order. After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order is sent to production for fulfillment. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the products ordered and delivery destination.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided with your order information or shipping confirmation. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after a shipping label is created.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products may be fulfilled by different production facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and may have different tracking information.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged or incorrect products.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
