How long does my order take?

Each piece is printed to order. Allow 2–5 business days for production plus 3–7 business days for US shipping. See Shipping & Returns for details.

How do the sizes fit?

True to size with a relaxed streetwear fit. Size up for an oversized look. Every product page has an exact measurement chart, and our Size Guide explains how to measure.

Can I return or exchange?

Made-to-order items cannot be returned for size or change of mind, but if anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong we replace or refund it free within 30 days.

Are the designs original?

Yes. Every RugzDF graphic is an original design created for the brand. You will not find them anywhere else.

How do I care for my RugzDF gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders typically arrive 10–20 business days after production. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
